I grew up in a cornfield in northern Indiana. Close to Amish, and old white farmers. I never SPOKE TO, and I mean LITERALLY NEVER ONCE IN MY LIFE SPOKE TO anyone that wasn't white til college. Got along with everyone just fine when I did. I just wasn't raised "that way". And while my entire area was a bunch of old white folks, and black folks never moved in around there, if they DID, I think they would've been welcomed by 99% of the community. (only 99, cuz there's always THAT fuckin guy no matter where ya are yanno?) I've become a huge fan of yours, and would've loved to have had you as a teacher. I wish you all the best.

I didn't get a motorcycle because of social media. I got it for commuting. Haven't been to a single bike event nor do I care about it. I've been an all year rider. I find it funny that there's so much to say about motorcycles that I've never heard of when it comes to cars.

I'm born and raised in SE Looziana. Would not give seeing any race person at Sturg a second thought if I were to go. Are they that way up there?

Cuz I'm glad you had a great time. And the one believe I have that is stronger than any other is that bikers should always see each other as bikers and nothing else. We all have the same things in common Live and Let Live we love freedom and the feel of the wind when we're on the road and knowing that we don't have to be tied down to one single spot for the rest of our lives. And I don't care what race you are what skin color you have or even what beliefs you have as long as you believe that then you're my brother

I find it funny that I only hear black ppl telling other black ppl not to go (My friends included). Me and a group of my friends have been going for a while now and have enjoyed ourselves with zero issues. If anything, we get tons of attention because we stand out in the sea of white people lol. Never a negative interaction though. Live your best life and stay safe out there

The best time to go is in fall orange,gold,red leaves.The views of the trees from the mountain tops are so beautiful.The temps are cool but nothing adding some layers can’t take care of.Hope your friend is doing well.Always good to push yourself out of your comfort zone and experience the beauty of this country
